Medical outreach missions
Primary and urgent care, screening, medications and patient education delivered directly to remote villages.

What we do
From urgent care in remote villages to local programs designed for the long term.

Primary and urgent care, screening, medications and patient education delivered directly to remote villages.

A temporary single-room clinic serves 84 villages today while a permanent facility takes shape.

Prenatal assessment, pediatric care and timely referrals so a safe delivery is expected, not extraordinary.

Local volunteers support health education, referrals and community health monitoring.

Blood pressure screening, hygiene, nutrition and early care-seeking help stop illness from becoming severe.

Coordinating transport and specialist care in Makeni and Freetown, with follow-up through MaCHO.
Beyond the clinic
MaCHO supports literacy, education and income opportunities because lasting health depends on the strength of the whole community.

Opened in 2024, the library offers consistent access to books for many families in Yurika.

Sewing and crafting skills create income-generating opportunities for women in the community.

Young supporters have gathered books, art supplies, clothing and shoes for MaCHO programs.
Your support makes this possible.
Together, we can reach more villages and save more lives.
