Bringing essential healthcare to remote villages.

Free, compassionate healthcare for rural northern Sierra Leone.
Upcoming medical mission • December 2026
For a parent caring for a sick child, an older adult living with untreated hypertension, or a family unable to afford medication, access to healthcare can change everything.
MaCHO is preparing for our December 2026 medical mission to Sierra Leone, and we need your support.
Led by Dr. Kadija Conteh-Barrat, our mission will build on MaCHO’s ongoing work to bring compassionate care to underserved communities. With your help, we aim to provide medical consultations, essential medications, health screenings, and practical health education for people who face significant barriers to care.

Give a financial donation. Help fund the care, supplies, and outreach needed to serve more families.
Donate medical supplies. Contact MaCHO before collecting or shipping items so we can coordinate current needs, acceptance requirements, and delivery.
Become a sponsor or partner. We welcome individuals, businesses, community groups, and healthcare organizations who want to help.
Spread the word. Share this appeal with someone who believes that access to healthcare should not depend on where a person lives or what they can afford.
Every contribution helps us prepare. Every shared appeal brings another person into this work.
Together, we can bring care closer to the people who need it.
Advancing health equity. Serving communities. Bringing hope through care.
